Dental Sedation Consultation Services

 

Level I:  Templates 

 

Option 1                                                         $1900.00

Template and instructions for setting up a sedation medication and supply cart for dental offices. This option includes content list of IV start supplies, emergency medications, and emergency airway supplies; example supply cart set-ups with photos. 

 

Option 2                                                          $2100.00

Documentation templates for anesthesia providers and dental providers. This option includes the following eight templates: sedation preoperative instructions, sleep apnea consent, sedation consent, post-operative instructions, narcotic log, and standard anesthesiologist medication and vital sign flow chart, dental provider sedation flow chart.

 

 

Level II: On-site services

 

Option 1                                                          $4800.00

Staff airway management education by MD anesthesiologist – pre-education study guide followed by in-person airway management skills (with awake model patient) for sedation in the dental setting applicable skills for dental assistants and dentists (3-4 hours on-site)

 

Option2                                                           $4800.00

On-site sedation medication and supply cart set-up. This includes the Level 1-Option 1 templates and instructions for setting up an anesthesia sedation medication and supply cart (a $1900 value). Once the supplies are on-site, we will schedule a day (3-4 hours on-site) for the MD anesthesiologist to set-up your cart.

 

Combo of Option 1 and 2 on-site services     $7300.00

Staff airway management education and medication/supply cart set-up by MD anesthesiologist (6-8 hours on-site)

 

 

 

Level III: Assistance with physician anesthesiologist recruitment for deep sedation

 

Stage 1                        Price upon inquiry

Search initiation: Lay the groundwork for an effective and efficient recruitment process.

 

1. Define Hiring Criteria:

   - Establish qualifications and credentials required (e.g., board certification in anesthesiology, special experience in office-based anesthesia, dental sedation experience).

   - Determine desired professional experience and skills (e.g., experience in outpatient or office-based settings, familiarity with specific sedation techniques).

 

2. Develop an Attractive Job Description:

   - Detail responsibilities (providing a range of sedation levels in various settings, collaborating with dental/medical teams).

   - Highlight benefits, including working conditions, compensation package, continuing education opportunities, and work-life balance concerns.

 

3. Identify Recruitment Channels:

   - Utilize professional networks 

   - Post opportunities on specialized job boards 

 

 

Stage 2                        Price upon inquiry

Delivery of a short list of candidates: Narrow down and assess potential candidates to identify a few top choices.

 

1. Screen Applications:

   - Conduct initial reviews based on resumes and cover letters.

   - Utilize standard criteria to assess fit for the role. 

 

2. Conduct Preliminary Interviews:

   - Initial phone or video calls to further evaluate candidates.

   - Validate qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.

   - Assess interpersonal skills and team compatibility.

 

3. Reference and Background Checks:

   - Conduct checks with previous employers to verify past performance.

   - Ensure background and credential verification are completed.

 

4. Create Shortlist:

   - Evaluate and rank candidates based on all gathered information.

   - Present a shortlist for review.

 

Stage 3                        Price upon inquiry

Successful Candidate Placement

   - Finalize the selection and initiate the chosen candidates’ final Interviews

   - Arrange in-person interviews involving senior staff.
